My Story

Three years analysing what makes people click. Now I build the sites they click on.

I started my career as a remote data analyst for global companies, including Raptive, a US company managing advertising for thousands of online publishers. My job was understanding audience behaviour: what makes visitors engage, what makes them leave, and what turns attention into revenue.

That experience changed how I see websites. Most business sites fail not because they're ugly, but because they're not structured around how customers actually make decisions. So when I build your site, I bring both skill sets: a developer's ability to build it properly, and an analyst's understanding of what makes it work.

Web Development

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, MongoDB, WordPress, responsive sites, admin panels, auth workflows, and Vercel deployment.

Data Analysis

Python, SQL, dashboards, and reporting, used to structure your pages, calls-to-action, and customer flow around measurable outcomes.

Where I've Worked

Remote roles at global companies taught me to deliver reliably, communicate clearly, and let the work speak for itself

2024 to Present

Independent Web Developer & Product Builder

Building and deploying responsive websites for schools and small businesses, plus developing Kwaarena.com as a full product: information architecture, Supabase backend, Vercel deployment, and continuous UX iteration.

Mar 2024 to Jan 2026

Data Analyst, Raptive LLC (Remote, US)

Analysed publisher performance and advertising datasets for editorial and monetisation teams. Built reusable dashboards and automated reporting that cut weekly stakeholder reporting time.

Jun 2023 to Feb 2024

Data Analyst, MAX BPO (Remote)

Analysed operational and sales data across departments; turned raw datasets into visual reports and clear stakeholder narratives.

Feb 2022 to May 2023

Data Analyst, ATR International (Remote)

Researched conversion funnel performance and presented recommendations that improved lead conversion rates. That is the exact skill I now apply to every website I build.

2020 to 2023

Diploma in Information Technology

College of Advanced Technology, Nairobi. Plus the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate (9 courses: Python, SQL, Excel, visualisation, applied statistics), freeCodeCamp Web Development, and EC-Council Cybersecurity Foundation.

How I Work

What Working With Me Looks Like

No agency layers, no account managers you work directly with the person building your site

01

Direct Communication

You message me, I answer; usually within hours, always within a day. Three years of remote work for US companies taught me that clear, fast communication is half the job.

  • WhatsApp, email, or calls your choice
  • Progress updates at every milestone
  • Plain language, no jargon walls
02

Business First, Code Second

Before I write a line of code, I want to understand your customers and what a "win" looks like for you. The site is then structured around that, with pages, copy, and calls-to-action included.

  • Structure based on customer journeys
  • Copy that sounds like your business
  • Measurable goals, not vague promises
03

You Own Everything

Your domain, your hosting, your code, your content. I set it up so you're never locked out and the optional admin panel means small updates never cost you a developer's invoice again.

  • Full handover on launch
  • Optional admin panel for self-editing
  • Optional maintenance if you want it

Let's talk about your website.

Message me with what your business does. You'll get a straight answer about what your site needs and what it costs.
